DC Annual Concert (DCAC)

The DC Annual Concert (DCAC) is one of the highlights of our year at Drum Connect, giving students the chance to step out of the classroom and onto the stage. Bringing together students of different ages and levels, it’s often their first real performance experience — playing in front of an audience, overcoming nerves, and building confidence. More than just a concert, DCAC is about growth, collaboration, and sharing music together, reflecting what we believe at Drum Connect — that music is not just learned, but experienced.

The Melodies

The Melodies is a special event at Drum Connect that shines a spotlight on our non-drum students, featuring solo and duet performances from piano, guitar, and ukulele players. It highlights a different side of music within our community, where students can step forward, express themselves, and explore performance beyond rhythm. With a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, each performance brings its own style and personality, reflecting our belief that every instrument — and every player — has a voice worth sharing.

Busk & Jam

Busk & Jam is all about bringing music into a more casual and open space, where students can perform, interact, and enjoy music without the pressure of a formal stage. It creates a fun and supportive environment that encourages spontaneity, collaboration, and self- expression. Simple yet meaningful, Busk & Jam captures what music is really about — connection, freedom, and shared enjoyment.

Voice Acting Workshop

The Voice Acting Workshop, led by Sam Yeow in collaboration with Drum Connect, explores the voice as a powerful and expressive instrument. Students learned how to bring out emotions, develop character, and communicate more effectively through voice. Expanding beyond music, this workshop reflects our belief in helping students grow in different forms of expression and creativity.

Jamming Session

Our Jamming Sessions are casual and fun gatherings where students and teachers come together to play music freely. Without the structure of formal lessons, it’s a space to experiment, collaborate, and simply enjoy the moment. These sessions capture the heart of Drum Connect — building connections, having fun, and sharing music together.

J.O.M Mid-Autumn Collab

The J.O.M Mid-Autumn Collab was a special collaboraOon where Drum Connect supported Jamie Ong for her Mid-Autumn performance at Paradigm Mall.
