Hi, I'm James, a guitar teacher at Drum Connect. Whether it's classical, acoustic, fingerstyle, electric guitar, or ukulele - I teach it all! 😎

Inspired by my high school music teacher, I pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Contemporary Music at UCSI. My musical interests span blues, funk, rock, r&b, jazz, and fusion, with occasional classical pieces thrown in. Aside from teaching, I'm active in session work, playing for shows and recording with emerging artists.

My teaching approach prioritizes fun and interaction while unlocking each student's potential. I tailor lessons to individual abilities and interests, drawing from my industry experience to enrich the learning process.

Above all, I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where students can freely express themselves and work towards their musical goals. 🎯
